馬林魚從0：4落後到5：4領先，旅美左投陳偉殷短暫取得勝投資格，但雙城韓籍重砲朴炳鎬擊出本季第11轟，一棒摧毀殷仔拿下生涯第50勝的希望。雙城靠著7局下4支安打串聯攻下2分，終場以7：5擊敗馬林魚。
陳偉殷今天面對美聯爐主雙城，共用89球，有59球是好球，投5.1局被敲9安打，包括追平生涯單場最多的3發全壘打，失掉的5分全是責失分，防禦率上升到4.56。退場時，兩隊以5：5戰成平手，陳偉殷確定此役以無關勝敗收場。
不同於前役6局僅被敲1安打卻無緣奪勝的悲情，陳偉殷今天自己無法穩住陣腳，前3局全數掉分，且局局都被敲出長打。此外，單場挨3轟是他本季挨轟最慘的一戰，第3棒茂爾（Joe Mauer）、第4棒普路夫（Trevor Plouffe）、第6棒朴炳鎬都是「兇手」。
雙城靠著茂爾的陽春砲先馳得點，第2局3安打串聯追加1分，第3局再由普路夫補上兩分全壘打，為殷仔帶來重傷害。陳偉殷在4局後狀況回穩，連兩局飆出三上三下，也在第5局等到隊友的火力應援。
馬林魚一開火就是大局，瑞爾穆托（J.T. Realmuto）的二壘安打為攻勢點火，日籍老將鈴木一朗在一、三壘有人時敲出安打送回第1分，歐蘇納（Marcell Ozuna）補上安打帶有2分打點，史丹頓（Giancarlo Stanton）再敲安打送回追平分，兩隊戰成4：4。
6局上，馬林魚在兩人出局後攻占一、三壘，也打退了雙城先發投手諾拉斯柯（Ricky Nolasco），葉力奇（Christian Yelich）在換投後仍敲安打，助馬林魚以5：4逆轉戰局，也讓殷仔短暫取得勝投資格，但下半局朴炳鎬一棒開轟，再度花掉領先。
陳偉殷在5月12日對釀酒人拿下生涯第49勝，接下來勝投一路難產，今天已是第5度向50勝叩關失敗，確定這一勝要等待超過一個月了。
鈴木一朗前4打席就敲出3安打，生涯安打數來到2971支，距離「3000安俱樂部」只剩29支安打。
